Delivery Information

At Riviera Outdoor, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience from the moment you place your order.

Standard UK Delivery

We offer FREE UK mainland delivery on all orders over £100.

For orders under £100, a delivery charge of £10.00 applies.

Additional delivery charges may apply to the following locations:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Scottish Highlands and Islands
  • Isle of Man
  • Channel Islands
  • Isle of Wight
  • Isle of Scilly
  • Other remote UK postcodes

Express Delivery

Need your furniture sooner?

We offer an Express Delivery Service on selected in-stock items for £100, with delivery typically taking 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch.

Availability depends on the product, stock location, and delivery postcode. If express delivery is available for your order, this option may be offered at checkout or can be arranged by contacting our customer service team.

Small Items & Accessories

Smaller items and accessories are typically delivered via trusted courier partners including DPD, Parcelforce and FedEx.

Delivery times vary depending on the item and stock location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information allowing you to monitor your delivery online.

Furniture Deliveries

Most furniture orders are delivered using specialist two-person delivery services to ensure your items arrive safely and securely.

Delivery lead times vary by product and are displayed on the relevant product page. Where items are in stock, we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, the courier will contact you directly via email, text message or telephone to arrange a suitable delivery date. It is important that the contact details provided at checkout are accurate and up to date.

You may be asked to confirm your delivery date with the courier. Failure to do so may result in your delivery being delayed or rescheduled.

A responsible adult must be available to accept and sign for the delivery.

Pallet Deliveries

Some larger items may be delivered via pallet service.

Pallet deliveries are typically made on a kerbside basis and the pallet will remain at the delivery address. Customers are responsible for moving the goods to their desired location and disposing of the pallet after delivery.

Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased furniture will fit through doorways, gates, pathways and any other access points at the delivery address.

Please ensure there is suitable access for delivery vehicles and delivery personnel where required. If you have any concerns regarding access, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.

Delivery Times

Deliveries are typically made between:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday deliveries may be available in certain areas

During peak periods, deliveries may take place outside of these hours.

Local Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery

We may be able to offer same-day or next-day delivery on selected products within certain local areas.
