Returns & Refunds Policy

At Riviera Outdoor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, you have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Change of Mind Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be unused, unassembled, and kept indoors pending return
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Be in a resaleable condition
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for furniture that has been assembled, used, damaged after delivery, exposed to the elements, or returned without its original packaging unless the item is faulty.

Once returned, all items will be inspected before a refund is approved.

Return Costs

For smaller items returned via courier, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage.

For larger furniture items requiring collection, we can arrange a collection on your behalf. The following collection charges apply:

  • Medium furniture collection: £55
  • Large furniture collection: £95

Collection charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer service team at info@rivieraoutdoor.co.uk.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your name and address
  • Details of the item(s) you wish to return

Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@rivieraoutdoor.co.uk and provide photographs where possible.

We will assess the issue promptly and work with you to provide a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, card provider, or finance provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at info@rivieraoutdoor.co.uk.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Furniture that has been assembled
  • Furniture that shows signs of use, wear, damage, or exposure to the elements
  • Items that are not returned in their original packaging
  • Bespoke, made-to-order, or customised products
  • Gift cards

Any additional exclusions will be clearly stated on the relevant product page prior to purchase.

Your Statutory Rights

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Your rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or unfit-for-purpose goods remain unaffected.
